Guild Staff Rules and Guidelines

1) All the rules set forth for all other members!!

2) Guild Staff cannot be members of another guild on another character. It is a conflict of interest and due to a previous incident will be unacceptable.

If a staff member has an alternate character in another guild (exception being Honorable Merchants which is a RG offshoot), he/she has the choice of...
A) removing himself/herself as a staff member of our guild by stepping down from his/her position.
B) removing himself/herself as a member of the other guild.
The choice will be yours.

3) It is your responsibility as a Staff Member to attend the monthly Round Tables held in Silvaren. These staff meetings will be posted on the forum calendar. No reminders will be sent out. But these meetings tend to be very productive.

4) Guideline to follow in regards to members leaving or being kicked:
Normal, promoted member leaves guild, their forum account is removed as well. If they wish to apply for forum membership again then that is fine so long as they are not in another guild or they are a member of an affiliated guild.

If a promoted member leaves the guild but forum membership has been banned due to conduct, etc or, If a member is kicked or a probationary member leaves then forum membership will cease to exist. (Account deletion)
